Hi, I'm Daz.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years training a variety of clients from weight loss to bodybuilding.

I have trained professional boxers, footballers and rugby players alongside people of differing levels of fitness helping them to achieve their goal. I will help you lose weight, tone up, build muscle and get back into fitness.

I am trained in boxing and specialise in pad work for fitness and weight loss. Pad work is great for improving fitness as well as coordination, skill and confidence. It also adds another dimension to your Personal Training helping to make each session different.
