Hi! I’m Dayane. I've always been involved in the fitness world since I was 15 years old. At 24 years, I made a promise to myself to become a Personal Trainer. This is not just a profession, for me it’s a passion and accomplishment.

I am here to direct your training, turning what you think was impossible into your reality, optimising your results, organising your workouts into your routine and increasing your quality of life and self-esteem. It is extremely beneficial to have follow-up especially if you are a beginner to training and have not made it a habit yet. For those who have tried countless times, on the verge of giving up and have lost sight of their long-term goals, I’m here to help you get back on track and conquer the hard times.
