I could tell you all about my fourteen years' of karate experience and how that ignited my raw passion for exercise...I could tell you all about how exercise has developed my confidence, perseverance and discipline...I could tell you how I’m a qualified Karate instructor, a second Dan black belt and won a silver medal at the world championships in 2016. But none of that is important to you. It doesn’t tell you why I’m different to your average PT.
So, what separates me from the rest? Well, the last three years of my life have been dedicated to gaining a university degree in Sports Therapy and I now run my own clinic in PureGym, alongside being a PT. For you, this means I’m not only capable of helping you to achieve a fitter, stronger, happier body, but also a body that is bullet-proof! I know exactly how to train to prevent injury and if the worst does happen, how to work with an injury, rather than through it...and of course, you’ll be entitled to the occasional discounted massage.
I don’t work exclusively for one group of people because I believe that exercise is for everyone and should be a life-long journey, but if you’re an athlete, whether it be a weekend warrior or a full-time elite, or simply someone who doesn’t want to settle for “better” and only wants “best”, then I am the PT for you.
