I have been a sport-obsessed individual all my life, but I have learnt the hard way that to succeed at anything, particularly in sport, you must be 100% committed. This is the same in the world of health and fitness.
I have an invaluable base of knowledge and experience in exercise and training and through Personal Training and playing rugby, football, judo and athletics, I have learnt even more that I can offer you.
I am committed, passionate, energetic and self-motivated and I am looking to help motivate others who want to better themselves in their own lives. Whether that be to improve your body image by losing fat or gaining muscle, or improving the things that so many people neglect such as flexibility and mobility.
While offering you a productive yet challenging path, the rewards will be worth it. And I will join you on your journey as I better myself too.
