Hi, my name is Dave. As a fully qualified, vibrant, passionate and motivating Personal Trainer my aim is to help you get the results you want as efficiently as possible whilst enjoying the full process. I have always had a passion for health and fitness which enables me to deliver each session to the highest standard.
I have a vast amount of experience and training, from playing semi-professional football, gaining a BA (Hons) Physical Education degree through to recovering from ACL reconstruction and the full rehabilitation process.
My primary objective is to use my knowledge to create personalised workout plans for each individual to help you lose weight, build muscle or improve other aspects such as flexibility, speed and strength. I will also provide nutritional advice that will go hand in hand with your workouts, ultimately helping you to reach your desired goal.
