If you want to burn some fat I'm your man. If you want to dedicate your life to training and never indulge I'm probably not the person for you. However, if you like to work and train hard and have a treat at the weekend then I might be the person for you.
I'm a big believer in balancing healthy living and rewarding yourself from time to time. In my experience giving yourself a reward after a long week of work and training hard at the gym actually benefits more than people that come in all guns blazing as they won't be living like a robot.
I've had a lot of experience training people and helped guide them to their own weight loss journey including my own I've lost two and a half stone and dropped 10% body fat since I first started training clients.
