I'm promoting a lifestyle change to my clients and my goal is to coach you in everything you need to know to maintain your optimum health and shape.

Never had a Personal Trainer before? Here is what you can expect working with me:

  • Consultation: To meet and get to know each other. I'll need as much information as possible about your lifestyle, exercise history, injuries and diet. We shall set up your goals and objects.
  • Movement screening: We'll go through certain simple movements to find out as much as possible about the mobility and stability of your joints. This is very important because it gives me the information to choose the most appropriate exercises for your programme, making sure you stay injury-free.
  • Food and lifestyle diary analysis: We'll go through your food and lifestyle diary. Then we can discuss what changes need to be made to achieve your goal.
  • Sessions and Training plan: We'll work out together following your specially tailored programme. I'll make sure you perform every exercise correctly and safely.
