Hi, I’m Dan and this is my tale...
After a long career in retail management which didn’t bring much satisfaction, I decided to take a leap and branch out into something that has brought me a lot of joy over the years. Fitness.
Like many, I found the short-lived rewards of takeaways, Netflix and nicotine as “par for the course” in my particular rut. After becoming a proud parent, I made the decision to change that. To live a fuller, richer and hopefully longer life to share with those around me. Realising exercise gave a far better reward and lasting high compared to large donner pizza and CSI marathons became addictive.
Anyway, less of the sob stories...
Hopefully my life experiences can resonate with some and can light a fire that inspires people to push themselves, gain that confidence and try new things. My role as a Level 3 Personal Trainer allows me to bring a wealth of technical knowledge to the table that can help you reach your goals faster and more effectively.
