My name is Damian, when it comes to fitness for me it's more than just time spent in the gym, I try to make the most out of every minute of training. I'm helping all my clients reach their goals and achieve the body of their dreams through quality training programmes and a lot of good effort. Fitness became my passion many years ago which allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge that I now use to train and transform my clients.
As a Personal Trainer, I make sure the sessions are tough but also fun, that way my client can enjoy the workout as well as progress towards their goals. I believe that only hard work and determination will get you where you want to be, that's why I always try to motivate my clients and push them to the limits. I offer 24/7 support whether through face to face or online. I try to support my clients not only in the gym but also outside the gym during the day when they need my help or advice.
I feel comfortable helping people with any age, weight or gender. I believe anyone can achieve their goals if they put the effort and mentality into it. It's never too early or too late to start your journey with fitness and change your lifestyle into a better and healthier one.
