I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor for two years and have trained a wide range of people, from complete beginners to advanced athletes.
I offer many different styles of training and will always tailor sessions and programmes to your individual needs, as well as providing as much knowledge and support as I can so that you feel confident training alone.
I personally have a background in calisthenics, powerlifting, strength training, boxing, bodybuilding and functional training. Whether your goal is weight/fat loss, training for a sport, general fitness, strength, building muscle or even just trying to give the gym a go, I’m confident I can aid you in reaching those goals.
