Cristian Mitrea
I started my fitness journey when I was 17 and overweight at 116 kg. I started in my father's gym back home and loved the process of training to push my body to new limits. After a few months I got down to 79kg, and fitness and nutrition became a way of life rather than just a sport or hobby.
One year ago I began to focus on bodybuilding in order to test my body and push myself to greater limits. After training hard and progressing through my journey, I began to see amazing results. As my body developed, many people around me noticed the transformation and encouraged me to consider pursuing a career in Personal Training and the benefits that may come with sharing my knowledge and journey.
I decided to get into the business as I loved the results I was seeing form weightlifting and cardio training, so I qualified as a Personal Trainer and now use my personal experience and gym and nutrition knowledge to assist others to reach their health and fitness goals.
Everyone has the ability to reach their fullest potential and be an inspiring story, you just need the motivation and passion to start.
