Through my own experience of sports injuries and a period spent inactive, I found myself demotivated and unfocused. I decided to join the gym and set myself goals. Once I began to see results, I have never looked back.
Now I want to use my knowledge and experience to help you. I believe that by setting goals that are relative to you, followed by the correct training and nutrition anyone will be able to create a better version of themselves.
