Sports, health and fitness started for me at a very young age playing 11 a side football from under 15’s through to junior level. This then progressed to my time serving in the military with Scots Guards which is highly demanding on physical and mental fitness to highest levels. My passion for health and fitness increased greatly during my time served to which I have carried out over the years in varies physically and mentally demanding challenges that I have set myself over the years.
I became a Personal Trainer as I want to share my passion with others to help change their lives. Sharing my knowledge of training and nutrition, educating each of you so that I am giving you all the tools you need to achieve your goal ranging from weight loss, fat loss, muscle tone, endurance training, muscle building. With each and every client it is a new excitement for me as I get to transform and see physically and mentally the progression of that person developing into a whole new individual who is happier, more body confident, fitter, stronger, leaner and faster.
