Hi, I’m Craig, and my aim is to help people reach their health and fitness goals, so if you want to improve your physique and/or lose weight, come and talk to me.

 

Did you know 1 in 4 people in the UK are obese? Often, this is as a result of not knowing what a healthy, well-balanced diet looks like. People try quick fixes when they are trying to lose weight using fad diets, whilst these might work in the short term, they are usually very restrictive and unsustainable over the long-term, meaning that often you’ll put the weight back on, plus more.

 

Similarly, an unstructured exercise regime will, at best, lead to poor results, and at worst, may lead to injury.

 

I work closely with you to develop a well-balanced, maintainable nutrition and exercise regime to show you what your body can achieve.

 

We can achieve this through:

 

1) Reviewing your diet with and tailoring an eating plan.

 

2) Creating workout plans using different training techniques and your preferences. Workouts need to fun whilst still pushing past your boundaries.

 

3) Ongoing reviews to recognise and celebrate your achievements, then set your next goals.
