Hi, I’m Craig, I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a long-term love for sport and fitness from an early age, playing semi-pro football and starting my own children’s football coaching company, I developed an interest in the gym since the age of 16 and over the years tried different forms of training and exercise to develop myself with a keen interest in bodybuilding. I believe physical strength and development can help with mental strength and growth. The gym is a place to escape the daily grind, to focus on yourself and get enjoyment from your sessions. I aim to share this ethos with clients with a focus on getting as much out of their time with me and in the gym as possible to meet their health and fitness goals.
Working together to set targets I want to motivate and support people, be it to increase fitness levels, be more body confident, lose weight, build strength and muscle or another specific target you may have in mind.
I believe a training session in the gym will be hard work, yes, but it will also be very rewarding and the pleasure and enjoyment you can get is an amazing feeling. I will work for you to formulate a training plan alongside give expert nutritional advice to support your progress. I will be there with you step by step to encourage and motivate you to reach your aspirations.
I am professional, friendly and relaxed, I am keen to make you feel comfortable and at ease when working with me and confident for when you do sessions on your own. I have years of experience in the sport and fitness industry with a focus on encouraging individuals to bring out the best in themselves and to make them feel good about their achievements whilst setting challenges and obtainable targets.
