I have been Personal Training for the past seven years working within a variety of roles from strength and conditioning to sports physiology working with numerous individuals from different backgrounds within a wide range of sports, such as rugby, boxing and football, while also working with the general public.
My aim as a trainer is to implement qualities that will enhance the health, fitness and overall lifestyle of each individual client to better their quality of life.
