Growing up I have always been active and into fitness, having played football at a decent level for teams such as St Johnstone, Dundee Utd and Stirling Albion U20s. However I always gravitated towards the gym and the weights room as this was a real passion of mine. Constantly researching, reading, listening to podcasts, learning about training and nutrition is something I love and most importantly continuing to improve for my clients.
I have recently attained my HND Fitness, Health and Exercise degree at college as well as my Level 3 Personal Training Diploma along the way. Change now or remain the same.
