Chris McComb

For the past decade my passion has been for Health and Fitness. Through this I dedicated myself to learning how the body functions and adapts to exercise. I have an Honours Degree in Health Physiology which provides me with an exceptional foundation for understanding the variety of needs of individual clients.

I have extensive experience in Physique Transformation, Bodybuilding and Powerlifting. Recently I have been specialising in CrossFit which has enabled me to become a proficient coach in mobility/flexibility, weightlifting, and even gymnastics to create a more dynamic, leaner and balanced body. I believe strongly in promoting healthier habits and teaching others how to move correctly in order to achieve results.

I want to help you to finally achieve your goals by becoming healthier, achieving the physique you have always wanted, becoming stronger and fitter and most importantly feeling better.
