Chris Atkins

I have been a PT for over 3 years, specializing in fat loss, muscle building and exercise for rehabilitation and injury prevention. Having worked with a variety of clients across all ages from aged 11 to 90 and am yet to find someone I can’t help. From a young age fitness has been an essential part of my life. Initially competing in swimming competitions and then progressing to Triathlons. I believe in the ‘journey’ and process of fitness. In recent times I have myself lost over 20kg having recently changed and adapting my training regime.
