I have an HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise as well as a passion to motivate you to achieve your goals, whether it is fat loss, muscle toning or simply living a healthier lifestyle.

I joined Taekwon-Do club as a child and from the moment I started, I developed a great enthusiasm for health and fitness, all the way through my grades up to achieving my black belt.

Through the knowledge I have gained, I will advise you on the correct nutrition, create a training programme that suits your needs as well as working around your schedule and make your journey as enjoyable as possible along the way.
