Brook Adnitt

Fitness and performance have always been my passion and my life. After graduating from my BSc in sport science with first class honours I started coaching at a fantastic private school were I implemented technical coaching across a range of sports and provided S&C and fitness support to teens from a range of backgrounds and abilities.

I have had the pleasure of working with and around everything from track athletes and sailors in GB development programmes, to rugby players in professional youth academies such as tigers, to newcomers in fitness who couldn’t yet perform a press up.

I believe that exercise is a necessity and we owe it to ourselves and our bodies to do it properly. Although, we don’t all know how to achieve our desired body or performance. You've got a goal, and i've got something to offer in helping you to achieve it.
