I love mixing up my own workouts to keep my training interesting, challenging and sometimes downright brutal; I promise to do the same for you.

As a level 3 NASM certified Personal Trainer, 4th Dan Taekwon-Do instructor and mom to a teenage daughter, I understand and promote the balance between the physical and mental aspects of training (and can easily handle eye-rolls and tantrums!). 

Whether your ambition is weight-loss, strength, functional fitness or simply overall body confidence, I know I would be able to work with you to achieve those goals with a tailored training programme, that suits your specific wants and needs.

A 14 year background in martial arts ensures the tried and trusted knowledge of plyometric training (explosive speed and power), HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), pad work (incorporating boxing and kicking), total body conditioning and self defence.
