Brent Taylor

Hi. My name is Brent, I am a level 3 qualified PT specialising in strength and conditioning and sport specific training. 

I first found I had a passion for training when at 10 years old I started playing rugby league and started doing extra training sessions to be as fit as I could for games. I played amateur for Ovenden ARLFC and spent six years as a semi-professional with Halifax RLFC, where I first entered a gym. That is where I found I had an even bigger passion for lifting weights and pushing my body as far I could possibly go. After finding out I enjoyed training rather than playing rugby, I called it a day and joined the local CrossFit box. 

After qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I moved to Australia where I got my first job as a PT. Using all the different training techniques I have picked up from my own training, my clients started seeing results very quickly. They also enjoyed training as I like to keep every session fresh with new movements or training methods.
