Brendan Paaske
Sport and fitness have always been a passion of mine. At a young age it was particularly rugby league and union as well as long distance running and cross country. However, an injury to my back at 18 prevented me from taking part in the sports I loved for some time. I got lazy and ended up putting on a lot of weight until one day at 25 years old I decided I need to get my old self back. So I set off on my journey.
Through diet and exercise I was able to rapidly reduce my weight and whilst I’m still not playing rugby I have found my running shoes again. I’ve gotten fitter and faster and in the last 5-6 years started taking part in a variety of different races but I’ve especially found a love for the many mud runs and obstacle courses there are now.
So as you can see anything can be achieved if you put your mind to it and if you need help and advice then I would be happy to assist in any way I can.
If you want weight loss then I know what it takes. If you want to start to run or get fitter then I can definitely help with that too. If your already an active person looking to improve themselves more or attempt to set new Personal Best times then I can be your guy.
Come and say hi and let’s have a chat to see what I can do to help you. Consultations are free so what is there to lose?
