I am an experienced Personal Trainer that has worked with a number of clients throughout London. With my experience working as a strength and conditioning coach and fitness instructor, I wanted to help more people make a change in their lives. By using my knowledge that I have developed during my time as a sports coaching student to find the best way to motivate and communicate with people, and combine this with fitness strategies to get the best results.
