I started my fitness journey six years ago, underweight and extremely conscious of how I looked. A girl once told me that she didn't fancy me because I was skinnier than her! Since that day I joined the gym and decided I needed a lifestyle change. Through dedication, commitment and consistency I have built a healthy, functional body and mindset.

Dedicated fitness professional with a passion for improving client health, wellness and quality of life. Deliver high-energy training using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programmes and strength training.

Deliver fitness, weight loss and nutrition programmes for youth, teens, adults and senior citizens that are fun, safe, extremely effective and tailored to individual needs/goals.

My philosophy is to create and inject a relevant fitness regime into a timeless routine which is enjoyable and effective.
