I’m an accredited Strength and Conditioning coach with the UK Strength & Conditioning Association and have trained individuals for events such as Tough Mudder, Great Manchester Run, and the London Triathlon. Current and previous client successes have included periodisation of hypertrophy/strength/muscular endurance, body fat/weight reduction, training to assist periods of joint/muscular rehabilitation, and marked improvements in aerobic/anaerobic capacity.
