Hello, I’m Billy and I started my fitness journey at the beginning of 2018. When I started, I was very overweight, I had terrible eating habits and had never stepped foot inside of a gym before or done much exercise.
The whole experience of joining and going to the gym for the first time was extremely daunting for me. I had no clue what I was doing or why I was doing it. However, I stuck with it and continued going. I began noticing changes to the shape of my body and the number on the scales kept decreasing. My XXL clothes were no longer fitting me, I was making changes to my diet and eating more nutritious foods. I found myself becoming more confident and I wasn’t tired all of the time like I used to be. I started challenging myself by setting goals and increasing the weight or difficulty of exercises week by week as well as trying new types of training that were unique like boxing.
I became a personal trainer at the beginning of 2019. I decided that I wanted to educate myself further and turn a hobby that I love into a career. I've experienced the impact that training and weight loss has had on my life and I want to help others experience the same thing.
