Ben Williams

Hi, my name is Ben. I consider myself to be a confident and approachable person. I have always been involved with fitness from a young age, as it has always been a big passion of mine. I still workout 3-4 times a week. 

I have been in the fitness industry for seven years and have gained a lot of experience and knowledge whilst being a Personal Trainer and class instructor. The classes which I have taught over the years include; spin, boxercise, bootcamp and circuits.

Over the last seven years I have helped my clients reach their goals whether it be weight loss, muscle building or training for an event. I have used methods such as free weights, boxing, cardio and nutrition plans to help each required goal.
