My name is Ben and I’m the creator of Lift Learn Love. I help empower females by teaching them how to feel strong, understand their body and have greater confidence and self-esteem.
There are so many females that struggle with self-confidence and knowing how to exercise in the gym. I take all of that hassle out by working on particular areas, such as increasing self-confidence, having a programme to follow and understand exactly what to do, with a nutritional strategy every step of the way.
Over the past 2 years I have dedicated myself to specialising in females and how to help them achieve all of the above. I am committed to developing my education, and implementing systems to support, motivate and help you achieve the body of your dreams.
I know you are probably confused about diets and what exactly to do in the gym. I bring it all together in my Lift Learn Love programme, taking you on a journey to transform your body and show you what is possible.
