Ben Martin
Hi, my name is Ben.
Let’s start with a little about myself. For as long as I can remember sport has been the greatest passion in my life, specifically rugby. I played at a high level for a number of years which exposed me to elite coaching from accomplished professionals who work with athletes on a daily basis. Outside of rugby, I have always loved the fitness environment, firstly being coached in gyms from the age of fourteen and further developing my knowledge from there onwards. I would describe myself as an approachable, easy going guy that aims to have as much fun as possible. I hope you will find that this translates into our sessions.
Now for the most important part - you. I guarantee that I will give you the tools and knowledge to reach your goals. I am a firm believer in health and fitness being a lifestyle that marries hard work, enjoyment and most importantly a healthy, informed diet. Our sessions will be testing, fun and tailored to you. I hope to educate you throughout the time we spend together so that you have the confidence to continue your progress in your own time.
