Throughout my life I have always endeavoured to lead a healthier lifestyle. After a succession of injuries playing football I sought the gym environment to continue to improve on my health and fitness journey.
After three years of training, and a considerable change in my own physique, I decided to complete my Personal Training qualification and bring some of the passion that I found to my clients.
I have now completed my first Men’s Physique show in which I came third and qualified for the British finals.
Completing this personal journey has given me an extensive level of knowledge and understanding of client’s needs allowing me to shows that body transformation is possible for anyone.
