Hi, Salut, I am Audrey!

I understand the struggles you might have when trying to stay consistently motivated when having to study, work in a stressful environment and / or looking after a family as I have been through it.

I have been a fitness aficionado for many years before turning my passion into my work. My journey has been like a rollercoaster, starting from wanting to lose body fat and trying to do as much cardio as possible (thinking it was the best approach) to becoming a fully qualified PT.

What happened in between is that I invested in a PT. Not only did he help me to achieve my goal and pushed me out of my comfort zone; but also introduced me to the “scary” weight end of the gym. However, this move to strength training has delivered considerable benefits both in my body shape, as well as my confidence.
