In the gym you get to push your body and your mind further than you ever thought possible. You never truly know your inner strength until you push beyond what you believed were your limits!


As an ex army Physical Training Instructor, I’ve always had a passion for training people and getting them to optimum fitness levels.

I’m also a mum of two young children and I can fully appreciate how hard it can be to make time for yourself, but this is something I am passionate about helping other women do. I also appreciate the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle and diet, and how this can benefit you from the stresses of a busy day to day life. 

I gained weight throughout both of my pregnancies, and worked hard to regain my fitness, confidence and a physique I am happy with once again. This is something that I am proud of, but also want to help other women achieve.

I work (not exclusively) with females, like myself, who are short on time due to the constant pressures from work or family life, and generally need to take some time for themselves.

I want to empower women to lift heavy and reap the benefits of a personalised, time efficient training plan, which, alongside my nutritional advice will help you be the best version of yourself!
