My name is Ash and I want to share my passion for health, fitness and wellbeing with you. I was introduced to sport when I started playing Rugby League at the age of six. I have first-hand experience of the challenges, and rewards, associated with health and fitness. I aim to help others feel the same sense of accomplishment that I feel each time I achieve a new goal.
My aim is to help members of all needs by developing a bespoke training and lifestyle plan that accommodates your work-life-gym balance. I work with you to understand your goals and we set targets together that are challenging, yet achievable. Our journey will include a range of unique exercises to ensure that no two sessions are the same.
I offer 24/7 support to all my clients as I understand that a health and fitness journey doesn’t end when you exit the gym doors. I look forward to meeting everyone and I’m always happy to chat to anyone about their goals and offer my support and advice.
