Anya Hurcomb
Change is something that can only occur when both the body and mind are working cohesively. My training focuses on combining both of these elements in order to create a lifelong relationship between our body and mind. Once established both your body and mind will be able to overcome and achieve above and beyond your expectations or limitations.
Having danced for 18 years my love for movement is always growing. The biomechanics of the human body fascinates me and drives me to become increasingly curious of the bodies we inhabit. It’s this enthusiasm combined with the immense love I have for training that will be visible in my attention to detail through each of my individualised and bespoke programmes.
I specialise in medical referrals, injury rehabilitation and postural correction so nothing needs to stand between you and your goals! Together we will conquer your goals and exceed any bar you set yourself.
I use functional movements to support the framework of our bodies whilst empowering your movement through strengthening and stability exercises. I work with individuals to support them in becoming as efficient, functional, mobile and pain-free as possible at the same time as promoting a positive mentality throughout the process.
