I have been involved with sports and fitness since I was very young including football, boxing and many other sports. Throughout my life, I have always been keeping fit and active. After leaving college I was working a manual job and still keeping up with my fitness and sports. After boxing and playing football for years, I eventually suffered with crippling injuries in my back resulting in needing surgery.

I hired a Personal Trainer for myself and begun rehabilitation on my back. Hiring a Personal Trainer was the best thing I have ever done and this gave me a passion to help other people reach their goals, as my trainer did with me.

I enjoy instructing my classes every week ranging from cycle classes to circuit classes. I always give 100% and want members to enjoy every minute they spend here.
