Andy Kerr
Fitness has been a significant part of my life for nine years which is when I became a PureGym member. I took it for granted that if I trained consistently and ate well that I would stay healthy. However, in 2018 I suffered a stroke which resulted in partial loss of speech and coordination for several weeks. Fortunately I made a quick and full recovery which was attributed to having a high fitness level.
This emphasised to me the importance of a healthy lifestyle and maintaining good fitness levels, motivating me to change careers and become a Personal Trainer. There are no guarantees when it comes to health, however getting fitter can go a long way to reversing some poor lifestyle choices and preventing unexpected medical events.
I will motivate and guide you through every rep of your fitness journey, building your exercise knowledge and gym confidence, helping you reach achievable goals, look and feel healthier.
Please feel free to approach me in the gym, drop me an email or text if you wish any help with your fitness journey.
