With over 20 years’ training experience and extensive knowledge attained from three generations of Personal Trainers I’m fully equipped to offer you the expertise required to fulfil your goals. I’m also a fitness nutrition specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a member of the British Psychological Society. As a mature trainer, I understand the pressures that life can bring, the impact age has on weight and fitness and the support needed to achieve your goals.
Studies show that although most people understand the basic facts of leading a less stressful life, few of us truly apply them. Clinically, exercise continues to offer an alternative therapy for symptoms that are often treated by prescribed medication with increasing evidence indicating exercise protects against the harmful effects of stress and anxiety.
