Amy Snelling

My name is Amy Snelling and I’m one of the Personal Trainers here at PureGym Norwich Castle Mall.

Fitness has always been my passion and I’ve always made time to fit this around full-time careers and family life. So no matter what obstacles you think are in your way, I can help you overcome these and make time to focus on you.

Whether you’re new to the gym and need help getting started or you need help progressing your current training, I’m here to guide you. I will aid you in setting realistic goals and provide progressive, fun and stimulating sessions to help you achieve them. Lots of factors play a part in someone’s overall health so I’ll be there to support you both in and out of the gym, providing you with nutrition and lifestyle advice when required in order to build a trusting and lasting relationship.

I provide my clients with 24/7 support and aid them in repairing their relationship with food, exercise and themselves. Ultimately leading to a lifestyle change in which exercise and a varied, balanced diet becomes habitual. 

I know how hard it is to feel unhealthy and to feel like nothing you are doing is working. I fell into fad diets, exercised excessively and had a low self image. Unsurprisingly, I didn’t make much progress. I had many ups and downs and it took years before I completely overhauled my workouts, eating patterns and my mindset. Now I concentrate on health and fitness as a holistic concept that focuses on my mental health just as much as exercise and nutrition, and I have never felt better!

I help my clients learn to eat intuitively and exercise in a way that makes them feel strong and confident with no restriction or rules. I love seeing people transform their mindset as getting progressively stronger increases their confidence and fills them with empowerment. I’d love to be able to help you feel the same.
