Five years ago I never thought of myself as an athlete, PT or Yoga teacher. I took up running to mainly lose weight and improve my general fitness. Since then, I have achieved five marathons, half Iron man & Spartan Trifecta OCR! I was surprised with what you can do within the fitness field with the right mindset and training...

Fitness has not only been my passion but also my saviour as I have recently gone through a tough journey with anorexia, for which gave me nerve damage for which now I am fighting strong in recovery. I also suffered with this circa 20 years ago and since then have also been through periods of anxiety and depression. I used fitness as a way to improve my well being. And now it is seeing how strong I am getting through strength training that is helping me fight this illness! 

My motto in life is if you have a dream, you can always achieve them with the right mindset and motivation. I am here to help you every step of the way, for which you'll discover you can achieve anything.
