Hey! I’m Amanda one of the trainers at PureGym, Motherwell.

Exercise and health can be pretty confusing these days with what sometimes seems like conflicting information all over social media.

My personal journey began quite rocky, from putting on weight to being underweight and linking exercise as a ‘Have to’ or a task.

After years of education and experience, I have learned to love exercise and health, and I want to do the same for you too.

My aim is to help you achieve your goals through a positive state of mind so you can enjoy every session and learn to love challenging your body, whilst having fun doing so!

I will also be there to help you nutritionally, keeping you in tact with this without feeling restricted to ‘boring’ meals.
