My life has revolved around fitness from a young age due to being trained as a professional dancer.
From training and performing over the years I have gained excellent self-discipline, motivation and determination, and have taken these assets into my career as a Personal Trainer helping clients achieve their goals.
I want my clients to feel energised, healthy and strong, just like I do after exercise. Helping someone feel more confident and happy within themselves is something I strive to achieve.
