Alexander Freshwater

Alexander’s progressive approach to fitness integrates a hybrid of strength training, core and cardio exercises that work in combination with balance and flexibility training for a leaner and more functional physique. He does this by utilising his knowledge as a Certified Weight Loss & Corrective Exercise Specialist. 

 

Alexander defines his sessions as achievable, challenging and efficient, with a proper emphasis on form and mobility. Thereby, allowing his clients to master functional movements and build a strong foundation from where they can continually progress. 

 

Alexander establishes long-term client interactions catering for all levels and capabilities, with the goal of integrating exercise into their daily lives so that they can achieve sustainable solutions for long term health and confidence.
