Alex Hyman
Hi I’m Alex, a level 3 personal trainer with a background in Psychology and Sport. That doesn’t mean I’ll be psycho-analysing you or reading your mind! What it does mean is that I appreciate the differences in all of us and will go that extra mile to understand how to motivate and get the best out of you.
My goal is to help you be your ‘best you’, increasing your self-confidence and bringing your gym progress into your everyday life whether that is gaining strength, carrying the shopping, keeping up with your kids, or playing sport on a weekend.
I found that incorporating my gym work into the football and hockey that I enjoy has boosted my athletic performance and I’ve found myself feeling happier, more energetic and more confident. I hope together we can do the same for you; whatever your current shape or size, fitness is about you.
