Alessandra Link-Morton
My interest in sports and fitness began at a very early age when I started swimming. As a result, it encouraged me to explore other avenues for Cardiovascular Endurance training, so I started going to the gym. Then I discovered a new passion where I began Tae Kwon Do training which allowed me the opportunity to explore the different movements involved in this particular sport. This led me into achieving my Black Belt when I was 12 years old.
Over the years, I have continued my fitness by regularly swimming and going to the gym. However, I decided to incorporate flexibility training into my routine so I could exercise more components of fitness through flexibility. As a result, I have consistently attended Pilates and Body Balance classes which have helped me to maintain my overall fitness and flexibility.
I have experience in managing weight loss. Therefore, I understand the importance of the journey you must go through if your aim is to achieve weight loss.
I specialise in flexibility and mobility as these are elements which are important to maintain at a high level. This is because if you look after your body now it will make a great difference later on in life regarding overall well being.
I teach a variety of fitness components whether it is Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength or Flexibility; and I always try to create a combination of these components so there is always a variety available to make exercising more interesting and enjoyable.
