Choosing to work with a Personal Trainer isn’t just about increasing fitness. It’s about improving your entire quality of life.

I started my fitness journey from the very bottom. Timid, overweight and afraid, my parents pushed me to try out martial arts. Gradually I developed confidence, coordination and most importantly; I developed a drive to succeed.

I have a simple training philosophy: Follow a well-structured training programme, eat sensibly (not just rabbit food) and recover. I love to train compound exercises that use several muscle groups to get the best results in the shortest amount of time in the gym.

I am interested in developing the body proportionately and increasing both strength and mobility. Having studied biomedical engineering I know that an improperly balanced body can lead to injury and a flexible joint requires far less energy to move through a larger range of motion.

Whether you're just starting to take control of your fitness, training for a competition or recovering from an injury/illness I can help you. I’ll believe in you until you believe in yourself.

Fun fact about me: I can lick my own elbow!
