I started out in the fitness industry as a simple gym goer, a young teenager looking to add muscle to my skinny frame. I started out as we all do, I was uneducated within the gym and in terms of nutrition.

I began researching every single variable about training and nutrition. Soon after I fell in love with strength training and helping others get stronger and stay stronger for longer. I decided I wanted to help others become more educated about training and nutrition because I wish I knew what I know now when I first walked into the gym, or had someone to help me learn how to train and be more conscious of my nutrition.

If I can take all the guesswork away from people and help them in the simplest ways that is a win for me. Together we can make you stronger and stay stronger for longer, while we lose body fat, add muscle and attain an unbeatable mindset that makes you feel better every day.
