How to find us
The gym is part of Telford Shopping Centre, next to Debenhams.
If you're driving in to work out you can park at the shopping centre where members get 2 hours free parking. Your car parking ticket must be validated in the gym. Alternatively, the nearest bus stop is seconds away from the gym on Grange Central (the stop ID is telamadm) or if you cycle in you can lock your bike on the shopping centre kibe racks.
