We know you're busy. That's why PureGym Sunderland is open 24 hours a day. In other words, if you fancy a workout before work, after work, during lunch or through the night we're here if you need us. And so you can leave ready to face the world again, we’ve got showers and changing rooms.
Fun gym equipment
At PureGym Sunderland you'll be spoilt for choice. There are so many ways and areas to workout in this gym so no matter what your fitness goal is, you'll have all the kit to meet your needs and to keep your workouts fun and varied. Our free weights area is equipped with a powerlifting platform, dumbbells up to 50kg, fixed resistance machines and more. Our functional area has lots of cool kit like sleds, airdyne bikes, tyres and sandbags so you can get you heart rate up and have fun at the same time. We also have a cycle studio and another studio where we run free classes every day, so if you're ever in need of a push from a personal trainer or prefer working out in a group, we've got you covered
It's easy to join
Joining PureGym is easy. To join PureGym Sunderland today, click the Join now button and enter your registration details. Once you've become a member, you will receive your PIN number via email which you will need to enter in and out the gym. If you're new to the gym and would like some help, just ask our team for an induction.
